AGI.MS takes great care to ensure the secure delivery of products to customers across the globe. Here's what you need to know about the shipping methods, packaging and costs.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products are available worldwide and delivered via digital download immediately after purchase. The customer gets immediate access to the product after payment. There is no postal delivery method, as no physical products are shipped for digital products.

Digital file will be available to download once payment is confirmed. There will be an opportunity to download right after checkout is complete and payment is received. Download link for a purchased product will also be emailed to the email address customer used in the checkout process.

Once the purchased file is downloaded, the customer is responsible for its safekeeping.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital downloads, and that they can not be physically returned, there are no refunds, no exchanges, and no cancellations.

Before completing your transaction make sure you're purchasing the right digital product and verify the product is compatible with your device, operating system, and any other necessary software or hardware requirements. It is crucial to avoid dissatisfaction and wasted resources.

Since the digital products are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY OF POSTCARDS

Agi.ms is proud to offer shipping of postcards orders to all the European countries. The shipping and delivery costs are calculated based on the consumer's destination country. During the checkout process, customer is asked to provide the delivery address. On that basis the system determines the shipping and delivery costs.

Please note that the delivery of some orders may take longer than others depending on the destination.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY OF POSTCARDS

After receiving the product the consumer is entitled to a 14-business days return period for a refund.

The consumer is responsible for returning the product to the seller within that time and bears the direct costs regarding returning the product.

Upon receiving the returned product, the seller will issue the refund within 14 business days, using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

The shipping costs incurred during the purchase are non-refundable.

All details regarding the refund policy are stated in accordance with Terms and Conditions.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare event that one or more items in your order are damaged during transit, please email detailed photos of the damage, including packaging images, to shop@agi.ms.

The problem will be reported to the shipping company responsible for delivering the order as soon as possible.

Depending on the availability of the item, customer may be offered a refund, a replacement item, or store credit for the damaged item.
