Dom na Wzgórzu Paproć is one of my favourite places in Poland so much so that I visit it every season to recharge my batteries. The unforgettable mountain views, the ubiquitous calmness and, above all, the hospitality of the owners that I’m lucky to be friends with are the reasons why I come back so often.

The owners are the heart of this place. Mariusz built the houses with his own hands and Kasia – as the real artist that she is – arranged them in a very special, inimitable way. Instead of gray sofas, TV sets and other everyday amenities, we will find old furniture with a soul, sophisticated kitchenettes and small details connected to Polish culture.

Every time I’m here my creativity is aroused, but at the same time I can rest and cut myself off from the world.
